  We both know, away from you I had to go.

  I had to go, even though, we both said no.



    These miles between us divide.

    Yes, from that fact, we can't hide.

    As we in each other that, confide.

    Miles, we are so far apart.

    It is really hard on a heart.

    

     I know that you're blue.

     It is very true.

      I wish there was something I could do.

     I wish there was something I could say,

  even though I'm so far away.



  I keep wanting to do more.

  I hope you don't think you, I'm trying to ignore.

  Between us, there's a closed door.



  I wish there was something I could try.

  It pains me to see you cry.



   My dear, I know you are having fear.

  But, I am here, and you are there.

  

  It's so hard to fix a broken heart,

when we're so far apart.
