I sent flowers to my hun today.
On them, I spent a ton.
I thought it would be fun.
For love and valentines a day.
I thought everything would be fine.
They went to Dallas.
You see, the flowers were so, so, pretty.
They went to the wrong, wrong, city.
The city called Big D.
A hotel with the same name.
It drove me insane.
They went to Dallas.
It was not a good day for me.
I, for this mistake did pay.
You know, I do wonder, though,
Who received the flowers of my blunder,
and what went through their mind.
