              An actor.

              Can be a big recovery factor.

              Can write a new chapter.

              Being on stage, a person can write a new page.

              A new page in a life, that at times,

              has felt so bad.

              A life that at times, has felt so sad.

              Being on stage, a person can wage a war.

              This can also be done, by going through a door.

              A life can be made fun.

              The sun will come out and shine.

              

              A disguise can hide the pain in the eyes.

              Playing a role, can cover the soul.

              Saying the lines, can give the person,

              a great sense of prides.

              It can hide.  

              Makeup and a grin can cover,

              the pain of the skin.

              as can the warmth of a lover.



             A smile can cover,

             Every mile of pain life has thrown.

             Feeling alone can be cured by the drone of

             the audiance.



              An actor can gain a great sense of wealth.

         Yet, it will do nothing to deal with the self.



              Underneath, hiding like a mole,

    Underneath, after we take off the peeling,

              knelling and dealing,

               crying and sighing

               is the soul.
