one person says something



and makes the other happy



the second returns twice



and tries not to be too sappy



somehow we made each other joyous



when the day might've otherwise gone (pardon my language) crappy







some how i really smiled



grinning ear to ear all day



so many 'thank-yous' transferring



and i'm not sure what to say



i know this is a silly poem,



but your kindness brightened  my day







i don't know if you'll read this



or what you'll say if you do



but i think you're the sweetest kindest



person i never knew



you may never realize what you've done



but  this is  my way of saying  thank you
