Forgiveness
For such a small word it means so much
it means no matter what you did I still love you
It means Ive seen past your flaws
to what you really are
human.
perhaps thats the challenge
to make as many mistakes as possible
but to find the people who will still love you
friends, family, spouses
to find those who will hold you as you cry
those will wipe the tears from your cheeks
those who will see you at your worst and contuine to love you
they will always forgive you
forgiveness means i will not hold this against you
i will not forgive but i will choose to fogive
sometimes it not for them
sometimes its for you
because staying mad doesnt help you
simply causes irreparable harm
staying mad is easy
forgiving is tough
but perhaps therein lies the challenge
