little guy

Come on baby lets pack your bag,

your going to daddys house overnight.

Be good I'll see you soon!

Doors slams... silence in the room...

Mommy's lost without you.

Turn on the country,

Those sad songs play...

All i have is time to think.

Lifes changing with every blink.

Hate to see us this way...

Hello, Goodbye..

We just walk on by...

Putting aside all the hurt and the cry.

Our little guy deserves a good ride,

in this hell we call life.

No child asks to be born,

No child asks to die,

Guess it could be worse for our little guy.

So we'll stick to the weekends,

You can see him, Dont get too drunk,

You dont spend much time with him!

For this little guy,

I'd die a million times,

To see him laugh and smile,

But you dont see it the way I do,

His Daddy's moved out,

everynight he cries..

Its ok for you,

Your not here to see the hurt in his eyes.

Mommys here to wipe his tears,

When Daddys out with his friends,

and that girl he's so in love with.

One day baby you'll grow,

and you'll see,

That Mommy is always here for you,

and dont worry, Mommies dont leave!!!
