I'm the person you think you see

When there's something I want

Because in order to obtain it

I must be someone I'm not



When I only want to get ahead

I'll go over and through

Any obstacles in my way

Just to be better than you



When all I want is someone to hold

I'll bend backwards for you

But you won't ever want me because

I'll still be better than you



The only thing I need is happiness

So I'll have to run and forget

Everything I ever wanted

It'll come to me I bet
