I don’t know

Whether or not

I would be able to do anything

Anything that comes to mind

Anything that is worth doing

Whether or not

I could say things to anyone

Things that could make a difference

Things that would help

I don’t know

Whether or not

If I survive another day or night

Survive a starry night

Survive a dangerous day

Whether or not

I would just let someone slip away

Someone that I could help

Or maybe…

Someone that could help me

But one thing I do know

Is that my life

Is going to end soon

And maybe to one person

My life meant something
