I lost myself

I lost all sense of me

Somewhere down this path

I lost my dignity

I lost everything

Somewhere down this road

I lost my way

I lost my light

To light my way

The only thing

That could bring me back

Would be me

Me and my senses

But it seems

I lost those long ago
