Silly Slapper.

I knew what she'd done,

Soon as she came into the room,

Wasn't gonna ask her but my mouth opened too soon.

Face in her hands,

She stood there shaking like a leaf,

Was gonna say 'I told you so',

But didn't add to the grief.

Another wasted number?

This is getting really bad,

I don't think she ever meant it,

It was the drinks she had.

With a skirt like that,

You know she had to be gagging,

Silly slapper, should've known,

He'd be in the pub now bragging.

He called her a slut,

A quick fix for his addiction,

She thought it was true love,

But true love is just fiction.

She keeps giving her heart away,

So there's nothing left to hold,

She's got some real issues,

But they just can't be told.

Pity her or love her?

I could not decide...

Until I looked into her eyes and realised,

Even silly slappers cry.
