For America

Folder:
Under God

Oh beautiful for spacious skies

For football fields and apple pies

For busy highways, avenues, and streets

And resolve that never, ever dies

For freedom from our God above

To take his gospel out in love

To point lost sinners to the cross

And to the great white throne above

For lands, fields, and buildings too

We utilize them all day through

We learn and teach and read and pray

And oft enjoy thier scenic view

For redwood trees that stand so tall

And blades of grass we cut so small

And rolling hills and wooded groves

I sure to love to see them all

This land of the true, brave, and free

Sure has been so good to me

May God reign with soverign grace

In his land of liberty!
