I was the closest to heaven

All I wanted was to feel something

I can’t fight the tears that ain’t coming

Because sooner or later

It’s all over

Especially right now



Life never feels like the movies

Where nothing’s made to be broken

So bleed just to know we’re alive

I don’t want to miss you tonight



I don’t want you to know me

For I don’t like you’d understand

In a world where everything’s made to be broken

I just want to know who I am
