I saw your eyes in my waking dream

 Hold me aloft with your radiant beam

Your face with the beauty of a rainbow

Aquiline nose with nosering of cool dew

Why did you appear in my dream as new ?

I knew you are in the darkest night

I knew you are in the sun so bright

I cannot bear your new mortal sight

I'll be blinded my dear - so take flight
