Why do I do it

Talk to you

You hurt me so bad

But I never knew



Now we are over

And I remember

All the bad

Left to wonder



Was it me

Did I always mess up

Or was it you

Who never loved me enough



You are messing up my life

I don't know why

I just wish you'd change

And do what you can



But I can't believe in you

You need to believe in yourself

Do what you have to

But you need to understand



I can't go back and be with you

The pain was too great

There was more pain than love

But friends forever you shall remain in my heart
