Pained
Why do i do this, day after day
set myself up, for only pain
to look into the eyes of those around
is a sin that will simply make me fall down
This is the truth i know its true
I watch it when i think of me and you
I know that deep inside my heart
is a place for us to start
But as i look into the souls around
I know there is no love to be found
no way to help me take this pain
no way to make this life less pained
