Darkening the world

A small sparkle of light
In an ocean of darkness
Like the last stream of hope
In the ever-powerful darkness

You're like a star in the sky
Night without you is incomplete
You're the jewel in my life
And you mean everything to me

I'll be the moon
Since you are my sun
You give me the strength
And help me carry on

I'll be the dark
If you be my candle
Light up my path
