bleeding like I don't care
put my soul out for you
try to clear the air

seeing like you've always been
knowing that you never were
hold my arms out to you
wait for you to defer

talking like it's all so new
yet crying like it's not
put my tears on ice for you
your eyes flaming hot

hoping like faith is real
fearing it's all a game
holding my world still for you
the notions we proclaim

giving into to your entropy
fighting agasint our fate
put my mind to rest for you
better never than late
