ive never held you in my arms..

ive never seen the smile on your face...

but just that beautiful thought

makes my heart pound fiercly like a bass

i promise ill never leave you

the same way my father left me

you will always have me by your side

to give you everything you need

when you want to cry

ill be hear to catch your tears

and when you get scared

ill be by your side to help you face your fears

your father will be that one person

who you know you can always call

even when people kick you while your down

ill always be there to pick you up when you fall

no matter how old and detatched you become
