How dear and precious, we are to on e another

Life seems so unfair
The world is set against us
Of our desperate need it is unknowing
To hold each other is simple
Treasure one another
Just to discover
All we have been searching for
Carefully packaged it has been
Togetherness in the blissful union
These times like these
Really all we need
To that cold, cruel world, to prove ourselves
The unquenchable fire nothing more that
That and love-ending love
Nothing can come between us
Our very souls to infuse.
That heavenly state of oneness.
