Falls of Fire

Water falls from lakes above inocent and sweet, like the youth of years past we wish to try and remember. Each fall cascades down to the river below, turning the silty soil red of blood and staining it's beauty in time. Inocence lost to the fall of greatness that splender gone in a lake of blood that one can never wash from your hands as youth is lost to time. Things as these all turn to ice in the winter to freeze them all in place.

Water falls of frozen eyes to gaze upon the time ever stopped as inocence tries to hold it's place between the heaven and hell of which this existance we lead and hope to escape even as the fires around us of coruption and hate burn into the purest water falls turning the water with coruption as that which is below reaches that which was above and both ignite into a mired mix of revenge and sorrow that consumes and spills as lava from the raging volcano of fear and loathing that feeds it into all the beauty and inocence that was remaining till nothing but fire and conviction remain to pull down what ever is left into the fire that will infect all the others around, there by it shall destroy many more inocence till it is extinguished with forgiveness and compassion. Only then will the falls of fire subside and once more be pure and clean with inocence.

Author's Notes/Comments:

it amazes me that the hate felt in the heart of a few can spread so easily to the masses and infect the hearts of many to turn against one another for such petty reasons.
