The Black Meow is a loose cannon, it's unclear which side of the law she is on nor are her motives known. It seems she is in it for what ever intrests her the most.
Some limited information has been gathered on her however. She is equiped with a complicated utility belt. The info we have on her shows that she has advanced equipment including solid holo projectors, electronic lock picks and advanced vission. Other rumors indicate a cybernetic tail that is prehensile so be warned she can be very dangerouse if crossed.
