NOT so rat race

I sit on this bench my coat like a shall,

I see people go by and can tell if they've been here befor,

It's the way they look at things,

Or the youthful way they charge though,

Some I've seen once or twice others never befor,

All coming and going,

all at thier own pace,

It's not a race; they've got time

And each their own place

Author's Notes/Comments:

i was sitting in a bench at the Huntington Center and watching the people going by, and was inspired.
