1937 (A New Leaf)

1937 was a fine year for hunting

Birds, fish, snakes, bears

Twenty million people later

1937 went down in history

Being far from over

Every person plants a tree

There was a time when everything

Seemed so confusing

Now there’s only time for everyone thing

To be using

Plants birds snakes trees tiny little bumble bees

1937 waged a war against confusion

A war that we all lost

We took the bullets in unison

Down down down down

Down in shallow water

Arms and legs were twisted up

We didn’t know the end

When it hit us

We were choking

And we tried to swim again

But we couldn't and we drowned

Because we didn't know the end

1937 brought laughter to the home

Family

Unity

Everybody agreed
