Admiration & Adoration

Within this mortal realm of existence,

     just one amongst the millions of separate realities,

    are two spirits; different, but radically similar in many special qualities.

It is here that the seeds of love are to be sown—

     over time, it is this locale where the fruits of our labors shall be reaped;

   wedding bells will toll, as the couple makes their separate entrances,

     each dressed in the sharpest wedding attire,

        the best dresses and tuxedos money can buy.

The young couple, smiles permanently affixed upon their faces,

     drone slowly down the church aisle,

        closing in on their destinies—

securing their future lives, their forthcoming family, with each step taken,

      for on the distant horizon shines a bright pulsar of hopes and dreams,

        dreams slowly transforming from mere thoughts to a brilliant reality;

     the foundation has been laid for these coming events long, long ago,

       silently awaiting the undertaking of the remainder of such life-changing ordeals.

Marriage, having children, raising those of your own flesh and blood, your own kin—

      are most ready to take on such challenges, such difficult responsibilities?

   I know, with the right woman at my side as my bride,

       one where our admiration and adoration for each other is mutual, permanent,

    the two of us can raise a family able to progress through the ages;

        children with love and compassion engrained in their hearts;

            children possessing pure souls.

Is there a love like that out there for a soul such as myself?

      Alone, in the dark with my pervasive thoughts,

         one can only hope so, for if such a thing were to come along,

       an overdose of sweet, euphoric bliss would flood the body,

the closest thing a mortal can achieve to finding Heaven-on-Earth.

Love is the key to our treasures buried within all of our hearts;

it’s just a matter of finding the proper heart that our key perfectly in its lock,

        for once one has accomplished that task,

            then can life truly begin the way it was meant to be since conception:

perfect, in every aspect of the word,

    Love is bliss.
