I know I’ve been away

But maybe I’ll be back some day

Lost on this lonely road

And you know that I can’t change

Time just keeps getting on

As this world passes me by

You know I’m still singing

Your name up to the sky

I know you’ve gone away

But maybe you’ll be back some day

The different path you took

Was a path I took too late

And I keep remembering

All the times and love we shared

Precious moments long ago

Seem like fragrances in the air
