I don't know who I am

I don't know where I'm going

I can't see tomorrow

Or the doorways that it opens



I don't feel the pain

Even though I know it's there

I can't help but smile

Even though I'm going nowhere



Can you tell me where the sunlight shines

In the waterfalls flowing with white wine



Can you tell me where my heaven sleeps

So that my soul and I can finally meet



My life is like a book

But the pages remain empty

Waiting for the author

And things he shall give me



A pen without it's ink

Won't do me any good

The doorways close again

And I guess they always should

While I was sleeping

I had a vision blurred in stars

I saw God and Satan

But I didn't know who they are



One called out my name

And the other just sat there smiling

No place for me to rest

And they said it would it be a while then
