Fable

When people could be spotted wandering through the world, there was a great war going on. Wizards from all the nations joined together to fight against the United Wizards Empire creating deadly spells. This deadly spells could be seen bouncing through every corner around earth, creating chaos and mystical creatures. The aftermath of this chaotic war was that no magician nor human was ever seen again. The mystical creatures who consisted of half dogs half zebra, or half lion half goat, and so on and on stayed in what is known today as Earth. A half monkey half bat was wandering around the city which was illuminated by golden rays when something caught his attention, a big golden chest flooded by light that came from the skies. The big source of light came from inside a ruined cathedral, a place which was once filled with life. The half monkey half bat named Timothy filled with curiosity, decided to go near the object when a half bear half lion appeared out from the dark part of the cathedral. “It’s sad.” said the half bear/lion named Chum. Timothy scared by the sudden appearance of Chum just stared blankly. “When the magicians had control over this world, a document, which is inside that golden cage, was made to keep peace among them. When empires wanted to have more power than the others, greediness started to show. An empire wanted to rule them all, the chaos came. Because of this greediness, the document was abolished by their ambitions resulting in endless wars, hunger, death and finally, the end of their specie. We, as animals, acknowledge what happened to them and learn from it to not commit the same atrocities.”
“Why would they do such a thing?”

“Well you know, long time ago there were 2 villages. In one village they didn’t have enough natural resources but had enough arms and manpower so they were considered hunters. The other village had enough water and farms but did not have enough hunters. One day a big draught hit the village of the hunters and all the animals around their lands died, they had nothing to eat. The leader went to speak to the farmer’s village but they didn’t want to help them, they were greedy. The hunters organized an attack and went over to the farmer’s village and asked for help. Since getting a no for an answer wasn’t an option, they attacked the village and fought for many days. Finally, when the war ended, nothing was left of the farmer’s village and both of the villages starved to death.”

“Oh, now I understand. We must maintain peace.”
