all sorts

Hyacinth garden

water spreads sound in deep channels, that fuse back into

white noise...

put a conch shell to your ear

a song that is singing to you

just listen

pink noise...

dawn breaks, as if shattering, whales sing,

either way we were especially special,

the joy of being alive

all sorts

of life

covering possibilities,

see the ocean down the street,

where the reflection of your whispers

like little slippery footprints on the beach.

they wash away with the next wave.

it's like that with loves

and time

the shorebirds,

and the tide

covered by water,

ebb my dream.

sink it clear down from east to west,

into the sea

of destiny.

from innocence to injured.

from summers swelter to winters cold ice.
