My Beautiful Broken Dream
You said give up
This road isn't easy
Your dream won't last
One day you will fail
What's the point of trying
If it will all come to nothing
Like rain falling in the sea
It won't make a difference in this world
I say it matters
I'll travel this road till I die
My dream may be broken
But it can be fixed
As one once said
"One raindrop can raise the sea"
No matter what you say
That one raindrop is me
In time, perhaps far from now
My broken dream and I will live forever
But you will fade and die
All because you were afraid to try
