Dusk To Dawn

“From Dusk To Dawn”

The Sun sets in Red, White and Blue.

The Dawn in the morning, has a great view too.

Sipping coffee, against the Mountain top.

Dogs bark, oh what a job!

The cold brisk air, holds the morning Dew.

As she paints a picture, she sits and reviews.

The Sun shines, on the mountain tops.

Sparkles Red, Gold and Blue, oh what a job.

The change in the weather, forces her in!

She does her job, she finally wins.

Red skies in the morning, Sailor take warning!

I have long enjoyed sunsets, but have never seen one in blue.  Is your choice of that color supposed to indicate the sky, or was the word chosen for the rhyme scheme?  Just curious . . .

Dusk to Dawn

in the mornings the color

purple has a backdrop seen

by blue and clouds make up the red, white backdrops

and in a little while the sun shows a little of itself.

Then the orange glow of the Sun shines and in an hour latter

it's not recommended to stare at it anymore.

I was in Baton Rouge, Louisana at 5:00 am!
