Apple Tree.
Standing in the orchard, not
overly tall yet wide,
bowing branches
flowing down to wash across
the tumbled grass.
Offering with silent pride
the bounty that was hers.
Joyously cascading and twinkling
at the sun, her fruits
as rich and red as rubies
upon an emerald cloak.
I have two trees that I am
I have two trees that I am really looking forward to becoming much as you described. One is half way there : ) Maybe chives instead of grass, but otherwise - on their way.

Sadly this isn’t my tree it’s in the orchard of my daughters home,
they have several apple, pear and damson.
