Dear one

I exsist

I am a miracle, a hope, a fulfilment

I am a love story

as old as time

I still remember God

for after all, I was just there

and I am His promise

 I am a dream

of many things to come

now I am only a small speck of nothingness

but I will change

I will grow and become

many things

I may be only a gleam

in a grandfathers eye

but I might be a president

I could be a grand ballerina

or I might be ordained

and lead a thousand souls to Christ

I might be a farmer, or a mother

I may be an astranaut

who wings his way into the cosmos

toward an uncharted planet

I might be a lawyer, or a diplomat or a housewife

or a singer with a lilting voice

I might be just a begger

I may just be your son or your daughter

the vessel to your descendents

but-----I WILL BE

I am persistant

Did you know that it took

20 thousand strokes

to break my shell

and I--so, so want to live

Sometimes I am greatly hoped for

sometimes I come unexpectadly

but always--I bring a message

I am rare for there is only one

just like me---ME

Please do not destroy me

before my time

for there is a reason for me

I have a purpose

and I have a story to tell

if you destroy me now

you can never fine-ME-again

Now I lie serene and drousily happy

in a warm circle of hope

in that tiny ball of moving matter

I will lie many months

under your heart

where I am content

I will hear your voice

and I will dream your dreams

I will feel your happiness

and I will share your sorrows

I will listen to your thoughts

and I will know your love

soon you will come to know me

I promise happiness and contentment

and foreverness

I LOVE you

I am your unborn
