Be mine my Beloved

Folder:
Poems

I see the smile upon your face,
it began when i entered this place.
But you take my hand and sit me down,
i feel this sting as i see you frown.

You may say this be wrong,
even if we do not belong.
You say i do not love as i should,
every one says we are no good.

Listen too your heart is what i reply
not once since we where together did i ask why.
Have no fear for this i know,
is what i feel deep down in my soul

When i see the tears flow,
i feel this dreaded woe.
At this i swear as a knight,
that i will never take flight.

I will stay by your side,
long after your eyes have dried.
Years of laughter, happiness, and love,
floats ahead of us like a snow white dove

My heart is yours as we take stride,
but i stop and take a knee, then ask you to be my bride
I take your hand ever so softly into mine,
Please my love, make my heart shine.
