Simple things

Like eyes shining with bright innocence and wonder

A trembling hand filled with an unshakable trust

timid finger tip testing waters

Glorious smiles and contagious enthusiasm

Carefree hops and majestic jumping

Heart skipping happiness

Unbridled joy!

The death of innocence is no small crime

May we rescue them all

From the clutches of defilement

And put in our future a new hope

Filled with love light and joy!

Your urgent call to preserve

Your urgent call to preserve the fleeting wonderment, precious firsts and fragile purity of children's lives (and our own!) is unspeakably noble, and you present these "simple things" with such poetic grace, empathy and elation that it becomes clear that these are things that should be guarded with our lives.

As you so impeccably declared in an explosion of truth: "The death of innocence is no small crime".

A stunning vision of a better world.

Happily I am living those

Happily I am living those simpler times once more. With age comes wisdom, and the chance for a do over.

Yes I am find that as well we can be so blind in our younger years. I pray everyone gets to see that revelation at least once! Always love to see you drop by hugas
