Yet [*/+/^] : Words When The Ultimately Final Moment Arrives

Immediately after the moment of my death,

my soul will receive its first fully spiritual breath

of eternity spent with Christ in Paradise;

as from my dead flesh, I ascend to a soar and a rise.

Though skeptics may make mockery and laugh,

and haters judge me for my faults and despise

me for my failures:  my hope I shall not compromise

I lean on the Psalmists' prayers as on a staff

(the way, in Egypt, Patriarch Jacob, did

from whom parts of the future were not hid;

past and present, as well, as fully secured

by reliance upon Christ, God's salvific Word).

Wow... just... wow... so bold

Wow... just... wow... so bold and glowing with conviction! I love the last line in particular where it all resolves so perfectly well!

The song lean on me comes to mind, but it is a poor superficial effort  on my part in describing what you have in this one line supernaturally. Even better is the first couplet which absolutely heralds in a loud trumpet the glorious hope! Incredibke lines i am unlikely to ever forget! Testify! Best blessings ss

Bravo!
