Sun Dyed at Dawn

*

MOONSET WAS SUNRISE

Moonset was sunrise

The egg of the sun dipped into many cups of dye
.. pink and purple saffron yellow
orange and red.. a gold mellow
but He preferred His own color.. that
of blazing light
and emerged untouched
by dawn or dusk or deepest night

**
SHROUDCLOUDS

The sun was shrouded
in a cloud of scandals
Not seen his rays
everburning candles
until the wind came
and blew away
the shroud clouds
and all saw
his eternal light
