"How ou afford all that stuff?"

With my money...

"But your young, ho'd you get so much?"

I saved...



I grew up in scwaler and learned to make due.

I always went hungry and never complained.

I remember the days when school lunch

was all I had.

Those long weekends, when milk

had to sustain my life.



So now you ask,

how is it I can get al that I have?

and you insult me by saying my parents.

I worked hard my life

and it is by the grace of God

that I may stand here now

I have what I have because

I never had it, so I know what it's worth



Why you were nine begging for quarter to buy chips

I was searching the streets for penny's to collect.

when you were sixteen wondering

about the car your dad would buy

I was ot trying to sell shoes.



When you played around in school

like immature idiots

I learned all that I could

knowing their would be harder times.



When you started college

on you daddy's credit card

I was investing in stocks, bonds,

and buying my first house.



I had a full time job, went to college

full time, went to meetings with

my financial advisors, all while

you worried about a final exam.



And now you stand there

telling me "you always get what you want,

you must be spoiled"

yeah... I was real "Lucky."
