Thank God that I found you on this site, since you have the
courage to tell that you are Bi-polar I will share with you
that I am the same emotional mess at times but we are very
warm hearted, loving, kind as well as misunderstood people.
First I want you to know that I had to find a pretty good cure on my own and through a lot of research I found the herbs that are used in the Chinese culture. I don't
care what the doctors say anymore, these herbs have been a
God sent gift that I will never forget. The foods we crave
have a lot to do with the way we feel, hot spicey foods is
a no, no! Canned foods and sodium, dairy, soft drinks and the main pain in the butt is caffeine and if you like the
chocolate candies that are on the market today you will go into a down spin of depression that is without words. The
great part of being Bi-polar is that it is a known studied
fact that the well read doctors will acknowlesge is that we
are considered to be geniuses. There many great people in the music field and the arts that have this moodiness. We
see the world through a different eye sight than most other
people and we are VERY PRECEPTIVE people. We tend to make a
lot of wrong decisions when it comes to matters of the heart but I know that my life is much better because of the
health factor I learned to correct. Also I have learned that the temperature of your blood which makes your body too hot causes it to become unbalanced thus causing mood swings and other problems. I will contact you via your posted E-mail to give you more of the knowledge I have been
blessed By GOD to witness. NOW! as for this poem all I can
say is that you are an excellent poet and writer, I kid you
not! The other poem "Counterfeit Word" is wonderful as well
with the power that gives the heart and soul a view as to what is going on in this cold world of empty passions. I do
understand you even in your times of our emotional ways of
life; trust me, I really do know that the things we feel and are touched by ARE REAL to us but in a more magnified sense of who we are. You are the best of poets that I have
ever given comments on from this site; no joking here!!!!!
Go and reach the top of your own prenonel mountain and take
the prize that belongs to you! I believe in you because I
know what it is like to feel as you do so many times in life. As you view my poems and lyrics please note that I am
a mature man and I want you to know that my input is of the
up most respect and honor, from me to you for you are a young lady and I will always respect that as a man. Thank you for sharing all that you have and I will do as I stated
