Former vast transparency
Clear and wavy
Radiance splashing flaringly
Against the sun
Kissing its surface
A reflection of serene blue-sky view that was
That every surf used to boast
Marred by man-maid impurities
Of toxic substances and madness
A beauty deep within
Now forsaken and debased
Splendid a most splendid poem indeed
One of beauty and sorrow - for the the
thing that was and now is lost.
This Poem works on different levels
it is a poem for the enviromentally concious.
It is a love poem for nature and in another
respect a methaphor for lost innocience and beauty,
even love. But then again everything for me is
a methapor for love.
This was beautiful - I loved it.
