The fair maiden with flaxen hair
opens her hand to show
she has nothing to give.
But has the world to offer
in the palm of her hand.
   Her cards are laid out
on the wooden table.
finally bearing the words
she needs to hear.
 The journey begins again
and the witch still has many
ties to cut
before she can buy a horse.
