Again, that classical

Again, that classical compression (cf. J V Cunnngham's poems) shows us three seasonal processes in as many lines.  I could not have done that, but I applaud those chosen few who can, especially your stuff.

Smiles!

Thank you! It's encouraging as this mind often thinks in short.

That's why I mentioned J V

That's why I mentioned J V Cunningham, who is, unfortunately, a bit forgotten (even though he passed away in 1985, not that long ago).  Of Cunningham, the poet X J Kennedy wrote that he (Cunningham) could compress a poem the way a neutron star compresses matter, until it could not be compressed further.  When I began to write seriously, in 1994, I studied Cunningham's use of rhyme and Milton's enjambment, and here I am a quarter of a century later.   Cunningham does pay you back for the effort of reading his stuff.

Soon winter will become spring and then we will start seeing flowers. :D
