I tried to keep calm, and not show any emotion,

but my eyes betrayed me.

On the verge of tears I sat,

listening to the explanation, the reason

and tried not to show a hint of anything

not a trace.

Just a little smile, to let her know everything was all right.

But later, all alone and filled with grief

slent tears fell like melting snow flakes;

slowly, gently

letting out all the sadness that had been kept in.

And after that, cme the only thing possible.
