i gave you the world
i gave you my heart
but nothing i gave you
made it seem as if we were part
of the bigger picture you see
you said you gave me your all
but why did it never seem
like you actually tried
so many questions left unanswered
so many things just speculated
i never thought this day would actually come
and i didnt think id be the one to do it
but now its been done and what i feel
has been said, i dont regret any of it
i just wish you saw what was running through my head
id rather have physical pain than the emotional stress
there are lots of things id rather have but its too late for that
we have agreed to no longer talk but if you decide
you want to talk about where things went wrong and
get the answers to my questions out in the open
id be more then happy to talk
