I see your face in the sky
in every cloud floating by.
Every star is the twinkle in your eye
every cresent moon is your smile.
Meteor showers are like the explosions
of love from within your heart.
A light breeze reminds me of just listening
to the sounds of you breathing.
The wind has me feeling just that
much closer to your touch.
The treacherous tornado
like the calm before the storm
is the love we will someday make.
To you, on this 23rd of May
I express my undying love
forever as it shall be.
Like the beauty in nature
I have found my soulmate.
My heart's one true desire,
and a love so pure it's endless.
