London's 911 - Shoulders to Shoulders we stand
Terror struck, and you were hit-
Your 911 and that of Madrid!
Be thou like the fighters of old,
Joshua fighting strong and bold!
Shoulder-to-shoulder united we stand
Faithful loyal English friend!
Now you children were struck and bled,
By foes you cared for, nursed and fed.
Cowards bit your opened hand,
That sheltered them in secure a tent,
Darkness’ monsters spit on the flag,
Stars and Stripes and your Union Jack.
Now go fight them, friend, be brave!
Strike back hard at the coward knave:-
Faithful, loyal, dependable friend,
Shoulder to-shoulder united we stand!
Be thou blessed for what you did,-
Comrade in arms, true friend in need,
Let now the British Lion roar!
With the Almighty Lord’s succor!
