an element of ashes

Folder:
Hyacinth garden

oh baby, I should hold my breath.
as am I haunted by the ghost of death
something’s I write shouldn’t be read
okay, something’s I say just shouldn’t be said.
born on a water sign it is my sea I crave
within this wet mood the base for love
alone this mermaid’s elegant strokes catch my wave
I am thinking of this angel from above.

standing with my heart on my sleeve
swaying in confusion my sword in its sheave
my words are an element of ashes they fall into a lonely black hole

desires runs through my burning soul
a mixing of metaphor like the course of my own discourse,

you know me I gotta write it right I have no recourse.
