I have a friend, she's very strange 

I would say she's even deranged 

The problem you see 

She'll pronounce an 'a' like an 'e'

She says 'I wenna, but I can't chenge'

Told her to leave NYC. Could arrenge 

for her to go West, get a home on the renge 

She said 'Don't wenna home 

Where the buffaloes roam

Too discouraging 

There's no Manhattanhenge!'
