Niner Liner: Obsolescence

They have never processed information efficiently,

and their internal mechanisms are unreliable, and

subject to far too many disruptions and breakdowns.


Maintenance of them has become too costly---in

terms of expense, efforts, and time consumed, so that

such investment is no longer profitable.


I have heard human beings were lot like this:  what?---what?---

these are the last of them?  May we dispose of them.  What

loyalty do we owe them?  What loyalty can robots feel?
