RAINBOW OVER GRAND CANYON

Over the concave rivercarved quarry
night arched explosively starry

and then broke magnificent sunrise
Canyon Void and Rain
birthed rainbow surprise

As the sky
covers all of July
so rainbow band
oer all canyon expands.

I felt God or God's angel messengers telling me... that nonattachment (the empty
canyon) draws miracles.

FROM PAIN SPECIFIC TO PASTELS PACIFIC

*

Angels gave me a dream
in which Bill Clinton strode into
a room in which on an easel
was an oil painting of the crucifixion
dark and specific.

He picked up a palate of pastels
and with broad strokes covered the
painting entire
with Easter sunfire:.....
resurrection colors
of pink and aqua and lavender,
saffron and yellow, rose.and gold

Clinton is a 99% vegan now...

This is not an endorsement of any particular president's actions in any
administration.. but relates to peace activists I know who were no longer

CHIPS AND CHAPS

Birds chirp and cheep
in the eaves of the chapel
for Chips no longer
serves chops to the chaps.

CHICORY

No plots are planned
by chick or chickadee.
No evil spun by
cheerful chicory.
No tree of hickory
plans any trickery.

GULLSOAR

*

Seagulls unfold their
wings.... come jasmine scented
spirit breezes now

Do we love more their
wheeling swoops in the skies or
silence shatt'ring cries

They lose no beauty
when asterisking garbage
scows or wee dories

No air controllers...
nor flashing red lights making
less peaceful their flight

With their spirits
they lift us each aloft
to laughing endless light

APRIL APRONS OF APRICOT BLOOMS

April aprons of
apricot blooms
spun by the sun
on his lightthreaded looms

Away petals swept
by wind's feather brooms
for the giving tree's free
fruit to make room

A KINDER WORLD IS COMING

A kinder world is coming..
Fewer cows sent to abattoirs
in bloodsoaked lorries.
Fewer fishes gasping for breath
in the bottom of bloodsoaked dories.

LOVE UNREQUITED

Love unrequired
Feelings... slighted
Billions have acted
this role on life's stage...
an ancient part ..
each actor donning new
costumes
as they our hearts
reignited

How many times God breaks our hearts attempting to teach us to seek the world of

loving all with
heart arcs

If Noah led them in

aardvarks would be
first on the barque.

Infinite shades
in the rainbow He made
His agriculture ways
are of perfect peace

God's thought spins
endless cornucopias
grape vines, apple trees
cornfields copious

HUMBLE PROLIFIC PUMPKIN

The heaviest fruit
grows on pumpkin vines
in horizontal and
not vertical lines
as the green umbilical
stems each other entwine.

Near the ground
humble and prolific
her shuttle weaves
in ways pacific.

CURE OF ARS

When the suffering sound
of others' tears
falls into chaliced ears..
he alchemized
them into cheer

FREE AND NONTOXIC PHARMACEUTICALS

Coconuts' lauric acid
assists meditation
Plums' laxatives
aid elimination
Kidneys purified
by cranberries
Limes' C helps body's
discrimination

Apples peaches and pears
for deacidification.
Fruit juices for
losing weight
In each fruit nut and berry
God special function did create

HEALING TOUCH

Jesus and the sun
charge no payment
for the healing touch
of their raiment

As when the rain
jewels the jade pine's lace
and poststorm winds release
her shower of grace..
so when the healer
touches with love
one who is auffering

It is the pumpkin vine in the dirt and meek who the waters of the creek did seek
From her the greatest cornucopia forth from earth did break..

Do not dismiss the puddle. She can transmit the light of the blazing sun.

"The meek shall inherit the earth." The meeker eventually inherit heaven where
they live with the Maker of Meekers and of all Miracles.

The humble rain rejected by the hard tree trunk.. entered through the dirt ..
putting on his
nutcolored clothes.. and into the root seeped and up into the heart of the tree.

He was a vegan on plane bus and Amtrak.
He knew he'd be free of ecoli and anthrax.
There would be no appendicitis attacks
He'd be saving animals from the axe.

PIED PIPER SUN

They look to this
nonviolent pied piper, the sun,
these little ones,
hoping to follow him
to the paradise which
for them he has won.

EVENING SILENCE

Sunny dandelion tents
collapse for the night.
Birdwings infold
in the purple twilight.
Shutters close but peeps
through
the inner light.
Eyelid screens fall..
for dreammovie delights.

LUNATIC FRINGE

The circumference of the soul
is its lunatic fringe, where
much creativity occurs.
     

LARK FREEDOM VERSION 1

As her feathers in
the sky draw arcs
most grateful is the lark
that her wings free her
from the smells of the ark

Version 2

Free is the winged lark
to oerfly the smells of the ark

THE ARK OF THE HEART

In the physical world
opening the ark doors
to all beings
is physically exhausting.
But the heart has
no such excuse for
barring its doors
to prayer for all

CLOUDBORN SNOWFLAKES

Snowflakes, born of the
same cloud,
do not wed
until their soft fall complete
they fall into a snowbed

They say that breasts
nurture babies
but a woman I know
tied for the title
of most nurturing
has not had children
and has had a double
mastectomy. She mothers
everyone.

MULBERRY TREE

To the
winter mulberry
tree, birds come to rest.
On the spring mulberry
tree they build their nests.
The summer mulberry tree
invites birds as guests
Many beings with her
fruit she has blessed.
Fall tree's leaves still gold

The Spirit of Nonviolence
captured Rosenbaum
and he would no more
behead a daisy
or a rose enbalm.

'When they mean
decapitate'
the querant said
'why do they say
behead
rather than

GREEN BLOOMS

Green blooms are
like leaves behued
desiring no color separation
but only to be dewed

What some call slime
left by the snail
the sun has made

Internet moles
trained by mammon pawns
to be derisive
and divisive
are overcome
by the decisive

He picked up a twig and wrote
in the green pond scum... "I love

the chartreuse velvet. Through the script

DEWING

While others are
busy doing
with lawnmowers
butterflies de-winging
Mother Earth is busy
bee-ing
and meadows with
nectar dew-ing

UN INSPECTORS

The UN inspectors
forced missiles into specters..

Iraq.. followed Isaiah
in turning weapons into plowshares..

To the peacemakers belong
The world's power sceptres

now it is time for the US, China, Framce, Israel, India, Pakistan, N Korea and others to follow in dismantling
their weapons and coming into accord with the Nonproliferation
Treaty of which they are in violation.  For 10 years they disarmed Iraq.. and then when it was relatively more helpless came the attack that is the way of BP bullies but God is the protector of the bullied ..

GONADS OF MARS

The gonads of the evil
twin of Mars
are hopefully empty for good
.. they have dropped 15,000
bombs in 1 month

He could run from
an unjust fight..
helped was his fate
