I want to be longed for, like an ambulance during a heart attack,
I've been working non stop, with nothing but the thought of you,
but you do not speak to me, you simply keep your breath to yourself,
how can I reach for something, I do not know the distance I am from,
I'm the one who is getting hurt, walked down a dark path now I'm stuck all alone,
around each corner I see a shimmer of light, seems to be my hope flashes bright like a light.
See I want you, like a dirty window wants a wash,
your feelings for me, or the thought of me,
are as clear as mud, when mine are open to you like you are a summer breeze,
we are two different people, one shy one open, as different as chalk from cheese,
hang up your poster for all to see, everything about you yells beauty,
for you drove me to the insane asylum the day I first laid eyes on you,
no matter who I was seeing.
